Return & Exchange Policy

Any return or exchange must be requested immediately, before accepting the order. Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, it becomes final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

For orders containing multiple items, the entire order must either be accepted or returned. Partial acceptance, return, or exchange of individual items is not available.

Applicable shipping and delivery fees remain the customer’s responsibility in all cases.
